Production Operator

Description

The selected candidate will join the manufacturing process at a production plant, performing essential activities for the value chain. Key responsibilities include transferring goods using manual tools, conveyor belts, and pallet trucks to ensure continuous material flow. The candidate will also be responsible for handling, loading, packaging, and labeling raw materials and finished products, ensuring all processes comply with established quality standards. Another critical aspect of the role is maintaining order and cleanliness in the facilities, as well as correctly segregating by-products for subsequent management. Additionally, the candidate must perform specific process controls, maintain documentary records, and monitor assigned critical control points, with particular attention to metal detection—a fundamental requirement for food safety. This role demands an active, methodical, and highly adaptable profile suited to a dynamic and continuously evolving environment. A willingness to coordinate effectively with other departments—contributing efficiently and safely to achieving production goals—is considered a strong asset. The ultimate objective is to ensure that all operations are conducted within productivity, quality, and applicable regulatory parameters, while maintaining an organized and functional work environment. The offered contract is temporary, valid until September 30. Working hours amount to 40 hours per week, distributed across rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts, with specific schedules from 6:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00, and 22:00 to 6:00. Work takes place from Monday to Sunday, with two rotating days off during the week. Candidate accessibility to the workplace is valued. Appropriate physical capacity is required to perform tasks involving manual handling of loads and working under pressure in an industrial production environment. A clear orientation toward teamwork, dynamism, problem-solving ability, and a methodical, orderly profile—necessary to follow established procedures—are essential. A minimum of six months’ demonstrable experience in production is required, preferably within the food sector, along with basic knowledge of typical food operator operations.
