At Kairós, you’ll find projects enabling remote work — without losing closeness with the rest of the team! **What Are We Looking For?** At **Kairós**, we seek individuals with experience as **Scrum Masters**, possessing a technical background, to join our **Agile** discipline — led by **Carlos Matías and Toni Navarro**. Globally, we count over **200 Kairoseros and Kairoseras** in this discipline, working across assessment and strategic consulting, product management, Agile training, team coaching, scaling models, OKRs and portfolio management, role mentoring, and process redesign. **Responsibilities Include...** * Facilitating implementation of various frameworks within teams, ensuring adherence to their events, artifacts, and roles. * Removing impediments affecting team productivity and managing external dependencies. * Promoting self-organization and collaboration within the team. * Fostering continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and implementing improvement actions. * Shielding the team from external interruptions and ensuring a focused working environment. * Measuring and reporting agile metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time) to support decision-making. * Acting as a facilitator between the team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication. * Proven experience in agility. * Minimum 3 years’ experience providing Scrum Masters in corporate environments. * Documented success cases in organizational-level agile transformation. * Capability for scalability and global coverage. * Capability for scalability and global coverage. * Sufficient resources to adapt to demand fluctuations. **Agile Tools Competencies** * Proficiency with platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Planner, and other collaborative tools. * Focus on training and mentoring. * Ability to deliver workshops, trainings, and coaching sessions tailored to different levels (teams, leaders, executives). * B2 or higher English proficiency (CEFR), demonstrated in speaking, reading, and writing. * Availability to support teams across different countries and time zones. * Certifications: PSM I/II (Professional Scrum Master) or CSM (Certified Scrum Master). * Willingness to attend client offices when required (Madrid). **What Can We Offer You?** At Kairós, you’ll find: * Free English classes in small groups. * 23 vacation days, December 24th and 31st off, 1 day for personal events, and **3 flexible conciliation days!** * Enjoy summer with our reduced working hours in August and intensive schedule every Friday throughout the year. * Flexible compensation via Cobee — usable for dining, public transport, training, and childcare vouchers. * Health insurance with Cigna or Sanitas — because we care about your physical and mental well-being. * Ongoing personal support through our Wellness 3\.0 program and continuous technical mentoring. * Opportunities to strengthen your personal brand at internal and external events. * Membership in a vibrant community and support from exceptional professionals and industry references. * But above all… being part of a company that listens to you, cares for you, and strives to meet your needs and expectations.
