Description

As part of the store team and reporting to the Fish Market Manager, your responsibilities will be: * Carry out daily receipt of goods (fish), ensuring quality and freshness upon entry. * Arrange fish and set up the counter in the most attractive way possible. * Restock products and materials used for preparation and sale (ice, bags, paper, labels, etc.). * Place fish in trays (tray packing) and perform product handling. * Clean, organize, and supervise fish-handling tools and equipment, as well as maintain facilities (chambers and drains).
