User technical support (on-site and remote) and incident resolution. 2. Basic directory administration (LDAP) and network services (DNS). 3. Support for Microsoft Office 2021 and Microsoft 365 tools. We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide services at the client’s premises in Madrid. The selected candidate will be responsible for user technical incident handling and resolution, as well as basic system maintenance and IT infrastructure support. Responsibilities * User technical support (on-site and remote). Diagnosis and resolution of incidents in Windows and Linux environments. * Email service management and support (Microsoft Exchange Server). Basic directory administration (LDAP) and network services (DNS). * Backup monitoring and management (Symantec Backup). Support for Microsoft Office 2021 and Microsoft 365\. * Application of methodologies and best practices in information systems (IS). Requirements * Windows and Linux system environments. * Microsoft Exchange Server, LDAP, DNS. * Symantec backup systems. * Intermediate knowledge of information systems and methodologies. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 2021 and Microsoft 365\. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of user technical support experience.
