RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage the **end-to-end service lifecycle** for Data & Analytics (BI, Big Data, AI, Data Governance). * **Oversee operation and maintenance of data platforms** in Cloud and On-Prem environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). * Define and monitor **SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics**. * **Coordinate multidisciplinary teams** (Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analysts, etc.). * Act as the **primary point of contact for the client**, ensuring smooth communication and incident resolution. * **Identify opportunities for improvement and growth**, both with existing and potential clients. REQUIREMENTS * Extensive experience in **end-to-end management of Data, Analytics & AI services**. * Experience in **simultaneously managing multiple accounts / clients**, and the teams assigned to different services. * Experience in **managed services delivery**, proposal development, customer satisfaction tracking, etc. * **Knowledge of Data & Analytics processes** (data architectures, ingestion processes, visualization tools, advanced analytics, etc.), of the **typical roles** involved in such services (Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Governance specialists, Data Architects, etc.), and of the **main market technologies** (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, IBM, Informatica, MicroStrategy, etc.). * **Commercial orientation**, with motivation for business development and opportunity identification—primarily within existing clients, but also new ones, supported by our commercial department.
