At **Avis Budget Group**, we are looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Purchasing Data Analyst to support our international fleet operations. This role combines procurement coordination, data management, and the creation of analytical reports, ensuring efficient, data-driven decision-making across multiple European markets. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Manage contract entry and maintenance, ensuring **accurate and timely** registration in procurement and fleet management systems. * Maintain and update vehicle records across various European markets, guaranteeing **consistency and traceability**. * Collaborate closely with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure on-time **order processing, deliveries, and documentation**. * Analyze procurement and fleet data to identify **cost trends, supplier performance, and optimization opportunities**. * Develop and maintain **dashboards and analytical reports** (e.g., using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools) to support operational decision-making. * Work with cross-functional teams to **automate reporting processes** and improve data quality and visibility. * Contribute to the implementation of **procurement procedures, KPIs, and best practices** at an international level. * Provide **insights and recommendations** based on data analysis to improve procurement efficiency. **What do you need to succeed in your new role?** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Logistics**, or a related field. * **Minimum of 1–2 years of experience**, preferably in the automotive sector, although candidates from other industries will be considered. * Strong **data management skills**, with experience in **contract registration** and **purchase order processing**. * Ability to work across **multiple countries** and coordinate with **diverse teams**. * Excellent **communication** and **negotiation skills**. * Proficiency in **MS Office** and **procurement or ERP software**. * **Fluent in English**; knowledge of other European languages is a plus. * Strong **analytical skills**, with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and support decision-making. **What we offer:** * €30k + annual bonus * Hybrid working model. **Avis Budget Group** is an equal opportunity employer.
