Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Technician with experience in Microsoft environments to administer and maintain the corporate technology infrastructure, provide user support, and ensure proper system operation. Job stability and a positive work environment. **Location:** San Fernando de Henares (Madrid) **Work Mode:** On-site / Hybrid (as required by the company) **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract **Working Hours:** Full-time Schedule: Mon–Thu 8:30–18:00, Fri 9:00–15:00 **Job Description** Our company is looking for a **Systems Technician** with experience in Microsoft environments to join our IT team. The selected candidate will work within the Systems team to administer and maintain the corporate technology infrastructure, provide user support, and ensure proper system operation. **Main Responsibilities** * Administration of **Azure Active Directory**. * Identity and access management using **Microsoft Entra ID**. * Configuration, preparation, and deployment of corporate devices. * Maintenance and administration of users, groups, and OUs in **Active Directory**. * Management and administration of **Exchange and Microsoft 365** accounts. * Basic management of virtualization environments using **VMware**. * Incident resolution for devices running **Windows, Android, iOS, and macOS**. * Basic **Networking** and network electronics support. * Software maintenance and updates on corporate devices. * Monitoring and managing Windows environment updates. * Basic configuration and maintenance of **network printers**. * Centralized antivirus management and **Help Desk** assistance. **Requirements** * Minimum education: **Advanced Vocational Training Certificate in Computer Systems Administration** or equivalent. * Minimum of **2 years** of relevant experience. * Demonstrable experience with **Microsoft Entra ID**. * Basic networking knowledge. * English proficiency level: **B2 or equivalent**. **Preferred Qualifications** * Microsoft certifications (MD\-102, AZ\-104, MS\-900, etc.). * Experience with device management tools (Intune, Autopilot…). * Knowledge of automation or scripting (PowerShell). * Problem-solving ability, user orientation, and strong communication skills. **What We Offer** * Joining a professional and collaborative team. * Continuous training and development plan. * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Health insurance including dental coverage.
