Systems Integration & Test Campaign Coordinator

**SENER Aerospace and Defense** is seeking a **Systems Integration \& Test Campaign Coordinator** to join our team in Tres Cantos (Madrid). At SENER, we develop cutting-edge technologies for the aerospace and defense sectors, participating in highly innovative programs involving autonomous systems and complex platforms. We are looking for an engineer with a holistic systems perspective, capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams and leading system integration, validation, and test campaign preparation—from early development phases through operational environment demonstrations. **What will you do?** * Lead the integration and validation of complex systems embedded in terrestrial and aerial autonomous platforms (UGV/UAV). * Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams—including Systems Engineering, Software, Electronics, Mechanics, Communications, and Control—to ensure proper integration of various subsystems. * Define, plan, and coordinate integration, verification, and validation activities throughout the development lifecycle. * Plan and coordinate integration and test campaigns—from laboratory activities to field demonstrations. * Ensure operational readiness of test campaigns by coordinating technical resources, personnel, logistics, documentation, and required equipment for execution. * Coordinate activities with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, test centers, airfields, military facilities, and competent authorities. * Supervise test campaign and technological demonstration execution—managing incidents and ensuring achievement of technical and scheduling objectives. * Coordinate integration of embedded systems, communications, navigation, sensors, avionics, control stations, and other critical subsystems. * Contribute to continuous improvement of integration, validation, and operational processes. **What do we expect from you?** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aeronautical, Industrial, Telecommunications, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Experience in complex system integration and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. * Experience in planning and executing integration, verification, validation, or technological demonstration campaigns. * Knowledge of Systems Engineering and integration of complex platforms. * Experience in autonomous systems, UAVs, UGVs, robotics, or defense programs is desirable. * Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, structural, thermal, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMI/EMC) integration is advantageous. * Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Advanced level of English. * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally. **What do we offer?** **These are some of the benefits of joining SENER:** * Join a multidisciplinary, highly qualified team working on nationally and internationally recognized technological projects. * Continue your professional development through technical and soft-skills training. * Participate in the development and integration of next-generation technologies for autonomous platforms. * Flexible working hours and a flexible work model. * Flexible compensation plan, health insurance, and life & accident insurance. * An innovative, collaborative, and professionally developmental work environment. **If you identify with this challenge, at SENER we want to go as far as you aspire to go.**
