We own our machinery, apply methods developed over decades, and maintain a small yet highly professional team. During the first months, the selected candidate will undergo a learning and mentoring phase aimed at acquiring the necessary knowledge to work autonomously in the following areas: Planning and supervision of drilling and blasting operations; Preparation of calculations, reports, and technical documentation; Production monitoring and control in quarries and construction sites; Collaboration with engineers and project managers during work execution; Compliance with safety regulations and use of specialized technical software (MDT, surveying, planning, etc.). As training progresses, the candidate will gradually assume greater responsibilities, actively participating in technical planning and project management. This typically lasts around 3 months (€1,800). Thereafter, up to the first year, two further salary reviews are conducted based on the employee’s consolidation and autonomy (€2,000 – €2,250). As a small family-run business, salary reviews are based on individual contribution to the company and length of service, since we seek candidates looking for long-term stable employment.
