You will be the person who turns maintenance into a driver of quality, sustainability, and operational peace of mind. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and oversee a preventive maintenance program across all Grup Blasi facilities, ensuring regular inspections and execution of necessary tasks to prevent breakdowns and guarantee optimal equipment performance. * Coordinate and supervise the maintenance team and external contractors—assigning tasks, managing schedules and resources, and ensuring availability of tools, spare parts, and materials required for maintenance and repairs. * Ensure all facilities comply with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations, and implement policies and procedures to prevent accidents and minimize risks. * Oversee planning and execution of construction, renovation, or expansion projects—from design phase through final handover—ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Develop and maintain contingency plans and emergency response protocols for situations such as fires, power outages, or natural disasters—coordinating staff actions and deploying necessary resources to ensure the safety of guests and equipment. * Manage the department’s assigned budget—monitoring expenditures and identifying opportunities to optimize operational costs without compromising service quality or facility safety. * Implement measures and technologies to improve energy efficiency and reduce Grup Blasi’s environmental footprint—including LED lighting systems, efficient water management, and promotion of sustainable practices. * Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and satisfying guest experience—coordinating efforts and sharing relevant information. * Any other duties arising from professional activity requirements. **And continue developing your skills in:** * Responsible leadership and teamwork. * Active commitment to the team. * Strategic planning and adaptability. * Excellence and innovation. **What we offer:** * Contract type: Permanent. * Working hours: Full-time and flexible. * Schedule: Self-managed working time, distributed Monday through Sunday, with two consecutive rest days. * Salary: €38,000–€40,000 gross per year in 14 payments. Let the adventure begin! **Requirements to qualify for this position:** * University degree: Bachelor’s, Licentiate, Diploma, or equivalent (e.g., Industrial Engineering). * Master’s degree in Energy Efficiency or similar. * Specific training in legionella prevention and control. * Training in RITE (Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas en los Edificios) and experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). * Desirable experience or knowledge in hydraulics, boiler rooms, and large-scale water, gas, or low/high-voltage installations. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles, with responsibilities for team coordination and leadership. * Valid EU driving license (Category B).
