Job Summary: Industrial Boiler Operation and Maintenance Operator, responsible for monitoring, supervision, operation, and preventive/corrective maintenance of installations. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork, proactivity, and adaptability to industrial environments. * Permanent * Full-time * 19004, Guadalajara, Guadalajara, Spain * A\-Operation and Maintenance **POSITION AND DEPARTMENT** * Reports to the Operations Team Leader. * Operator. * No team under direct responsibility. **FUNCTIONS, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Maintain, monitor, supervise, and operate industrial boilers. Perform control of the proper functioning of the entire installation. * Operate and supervise the correct startup of the boiler. * Keep the installation operational and in proper cleaning condition. Conduct controls and preventive/corrective maintenance of the installation. * Detect faults in boilers and auxiliary units/equipment, and initiate necessary actions to resolve them. * Carry out and complete work orders according to established priorities—balancing emergency requests and scheduled tasks—following defined procedures and instructions. * Clean and organize equipment and installations after maintenance tasks are completed. * Report any incident or accident to the immediate supervisor. * Comply with all applicable safety, quality, and environmental processes, instructions, and regulations relevant to the position. * Requirement: Valid boiler operator license, forklift license, and elevated platform license. * Record and keep related and generated documentation up to date. **WHAT WE OFFER?** * Positive work environment * Contract type: Permanent. * Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week. * Schedule: Rotating shifts. * On-site mode. * Collective Agreement: Metal Sector Collective Agreement of Guadalajara. * Category/Group/Level: As stipulated in the collective agreement. * Vacation days: As stipulated in the collective agreement. * Life and accident insurance: As stipulated in the applicable collective agreement and company conditions at the time. * Start date: Immediate. * Work location: Guadalajara. **CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS** * **Education**: Vocational Training in Electricity, Electromechanics, Maintenance, and/or Refrigeration/Heating, or Equivalent Professional Certification.
