**JOB OFFERING:** Study Technician Company: CONSHA Location: Mataró. Working hours: Full-time Start date: September \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **Job description** We are looking to hire a Study Technician to strengthen our technical department. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing projects, preparing economic and technical offers, and supporting bidding processes, ensuring the viability and competitiveness of our proposals. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **Main responsibilities** * Analyze tender documents, projects, drawings, and technical documentation * Prepare budgets, quantity take-offs, and cost comparisons * Request and manage quotations from subcontractors and suppliers * Draft descriptive and scope reports * Evaluate technical alternatives and optimize costs * Monitor public and private tenders and update databases * Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Prevention departments * Support technical and economic clarifications during the award process \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **Mandatory requirements** * Degree in Technical Architecture, Superior Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Study Technician in a construction company * Proficient use of budgeting software * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail * Autonomy and ability to manage tight deadlines \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **Preferred qualifications** * Prior experience in production/construction phase * Knowledge of public procurement regulations (LCSP) * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project * Knowledge of Catalan **We offer** * Integration into an established company in the sector * A stable project with opportunities for professional growth * Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience Salary: €30,000.00–€36,000.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
