As part of our growth and professionalization process, we seek to hire a **Management Controller** to drive management control and support senior leadership in strategic decision-making. **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of financial information and providing key analyses to improve business profitability and efficiency. You will work closely with senior leadership and the finance team, directly influencing the company’s evolution. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze monthly results, product- and customer-level margins, and key business KPIs. * Prepare periodic financial reporting and present conclusions and recommendations to senior leadership. * Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor variances and forecasts. * Design and optimize management control and reporting tools. * Collaborate with the accounting team during monthly and annual closings. * Analyze logistics, commercial, and operational costs to identify improvement opportunities. * Conduct ad hoc analyses and business cases (e.g., investments, pricing, commercial agreements, process optimization). * Participate in initiatives to improve and digitally transform financial processes. **What do we offer?** * Join a well-established, family-owned, and growing company. * Strategic position with real impact on decision-making. * Dynamic, close-knit, and autonomous work environment. * Stable project with clear professional growth opportunities. * Flexible working hours. * Hybrid work model with remote work options. * Competitive compensation aligned with profile and experience. * Location: Parets del Vallès. What profile are we looking for? * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in controlling, auditing, or similar financial roles. * Experience in distribution, consumer goods, or food companies is highly valued. * Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset. * Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights. * Proactive, organized, and business-minded profile. * Experience with SAGE (desirable) and reporting tools (Power BI, Qlik, Odoo, SAP, or similar). * Native-level Spanish proficiency; Catalan and English are assets.
