Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect or Building Engineer professional to lead and supervise construction projects, managing all phases. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end direction and supervision of construction projects 2. Comprehensive project management: feasibility analysis, planning, budgeting, and team coordination 3. Promotion of leadership, proactivity, and problem-solving skills We seek a professional with a degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering to direct and supervise the execution of construction projects, covering all phases from inception to completion. The candidate must have over 4 years of experience in similar roles. Responsibilities will include feasibility analysis, detailed construction planning, proposal of efficient construction techniques, procurement management, contract administration, and permit acquisition. Budget preparation, resource monitoring to meet financial parameters, scheduling, progress supervision, and management of official documentation and safety records will be required. Team leadership and training, minutes drafting, and stakeholder communication will be essential. Proactivity, leadership, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills will be highly valued, ensuring quality and objective achievement. Autonomous and collaborative work, with commitment and accountability, will be encouraged. Adaptability to new methodologies and proficiency with technological tools will also be important. The employment contract will be indefinite. University degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering. Professional experience exceeding 4 years in construction site management or construction project management roles. Advanced knowledge of Presto and Microsoft Excel. 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) certification.
