At **SM Sistemas Medioambientales**, we have been developing environmental and sustainability projects across the entire national territory for over 30 years. We are currently seeking to hire an **Events and Teams Coordinator** to lead the implementation of informational and promotional activities in Valencia. **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising informational campaigns and events, acting as the liaison among various involved teams and ensuring each activity is successfully executed—even in dynamic, high-activity environments. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Plan, organize, and coordinate informational campaigns and activities from start to finish. * Manage, motivate, and monitor teams. * Supervise the proper execution of on-site activities. * Resolve incidents and unforeseen issues promptly and efficiently, providing operational solutions. * Adjust daily planning according to service requirements or last-minute changes. * Prepare follow-up, evaluation, and results reports. * Maintain constant communication with clients, project managers, and operational teams to ensure activities proceed correctly. **What are we looking for?** * Experience in team coordination and supervision of activities. * Experience in organizing and managing events. * Advanced user level in Microsoft Excel. * Leadership and people management skills. * Organized, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile. * Communication, planning, and decision-making skills. **What do we offer?** * Full-time contract of **40 hours per week**. * Working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, with weekend availability as required by campaign and event scheduling. * Starting salary of **€21,000 gross per year**. * Participation in dynamic, diverse projects with social impact.
