To learn more about playing for Team Amcor, visit www.amcor.com I LinkedIn I Glassdoor I Facebook I YouTube **Job Purpose** Improve the efficiency and quality of the production process with TPM methodology, together with the Production, Technical, Engineering/Maintenance and Quality Departments. **Job Dimensions \& Scope** * Site AF Alzira: 300 FTEs, revenue € 130 M * Part of a 7\-BU local team * Direct reporting line to Opex Manager. **Principal Accountabilities** * Implementation of Continuous Improvement tools in a continuous production process of automated rotary production. * Application of methodologies of Analysis and problem solving. * Training for members of the production teams. * Leadership and/or support in improvement meetings. * Data Analysis. * Implementation of minor projects and reapplication of improvements. **Qualifications/Requirements** Formal Qualifitacions and Experience needed: * Technical/Industrial Engineering. * 2\-3 years in similar position in Continuous Process Industry, or Food. * Advanced English (B2\). * Office, Power BI, SAP. * Desirable Technical Competencies: * Knowledge of TPM/IWS. * Project management, * Change management, Root cause analysis. * Formal Qualifitacions and Experience desirable: * Knowledge of Maintenance. * Knowledge of Food Quality and Safety. * Reengineering. * Design of experiments. * Digital knowledge / Power\-bi.
