El Segre in Lleida, we are seeking a SURFACE PREPARATION OPERATOR for painting preparation. \- Initial visual inspection of parts to be painted. \- Verification of geometry, ensuring the part meets manufacturing standards. \- Application of technical fillers. \- Sanding. \- Masking and preparation for paint application. * Minimum 1 year of experience. \- Experience in bodywork or similar tasks is considered a plus. \- Experience applying technical fillers. \- Experience using hand tools. * MIDDLE-GRADE VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Permanent employment contract * Intensive working schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1500' to '1800' * Additional relevant information: \- Shift work availability (morning shift: 6:00–14:00 h.; afternoon shift: 14:00–22:00 h.) is mandatory. \- In addition to the base salary, quality-based bonuses apply.
