We’re looking for a detail\-oriented Web Project Coordinator to support our team in building technically sound, beautifully designed, and strategically aligned websites for our clients. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who loves organization, clear communication, and wants to grow into web project management over time. ### **Who You Are** You’re highly organized, proactive, and excited to learn how web projects move from strategy design development* launch. * You love keeping things tidy, up to date, and easy to follow. * A clear communicator: you write great follow\-ups, ask good questions, and keep people aligned. * A growth\-minded teammate: you want coaching, feedback, and increasing responsibility over time. * You understand the basics of how a website is built (e.g., how design, content, and development come together, and what it takes to get a site from draft to launch). * Comfortable collaborating with designers, developers, and strategists * Familiar with (or excited to learn) tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Jira. * Detail\-oriented and able to keep track of multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball. * Calm, friendly, and reliable—someone the team can count on. * Experience: 0–2 years in a coordination, operations, project support, or agency environment is a plus (but not required if you’re a strong fit and eager to learn). ### **What You'll Do** * You’ll help keep our web projects organized, documented, and moving forward smoothly. * Support the project team across active web projects by helping track timelines, tasks, and progress. * Turn notes from meetings into clear action items, owners, and next steps. * Create and maintain well\-structured tasks in ClickUp (or similar), including deadlines, dependencies, and priorities. * Coordinate internal check\-ins, help keep meetings on track, and follow up on pending items. * Help gather inputs (assets, approvals, feedback) from internal teams and clients. * Flag risks early (missing info, delayed inputs, unclear scope) and escalate when needed. * Prepare short weekly updates on status, next priorities, and potential blockers. ### **Perks \& Benefits** * 15 observed holidays \+ 23 PTO days per year * Indefinite contract following a 6\-month trial period * Permanent remote work \+ work from home stipend * Dedicated budget for professional development * Compensated onsite retreats at our Bilbao HQ * The opportunity to join a dynamic, close\-knit team **About Terra** Terra is a digital marketing and creative agency built by an integrated and international team of content creators, strategists, designers, and developers.
