At present, as a personnel selection consultant, we are seeking a Process Consultant for our client. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Carry out assigned tasks following the work plan, meeting deadlines and quality standards. Collect, process, and analyze data to prepare reports, presentations, and process diagrams. Create deliverables using the methodological tools defined by the Project Manager. Provide periodic progress updates and flag risks or issues that could affect the project. Assume responsibility for the quality of analyses and results produced. Actively participate in meetings and working sessions, and maintain orderly and complete documentation. **REQUIREMENTS** **Mandatory** Minimum 5 years’ experience in consulting. Proficiency in process modeling using Bizagi and ARIS. Analytical skills, organizational ability, planning capability, proactivity, and customer orientation. **Desirable** Knowledge of technological tools: Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Management (BPM), Camunda. Technical or business management education. **What does the company offer?** Indefinite full-time contract. Approximate salary range: €25,000 – €35,000.
