Growth plan within the international division. #### **Join Estel!** ###### **International Facilities Manager** At Estel, we specialize in comprehensive installations (electricity, HVAC, plumbing, telecommunications, and trigeneration) for high-end premium hotel and residential projects. We are looking for an International Facilities Manager to join our international offices, leading the comprehensive execution of installations in large-scale projects. ###### **What will you do at Estel?** Reporting to the International Production Director, your responsibilities will include: * Planning, coordinating, and supervising the global execution of mechanical and/or electrical installations. * Ensuring correct implementation of technical solutions according to project specifications. * Coordinating in-house staff and subcontractors across various specialties. * Assigning tasks, monitoring daily performance, and managing resource requirements. * Ensuring smooth communication with site management, architecture, engineering, and clients. * Conducting financial tracking: budget, certifications, and variance analysis. * Managing procurement, supply, and technical validation of materials. * Upholding quality standards and safety protocols. * Preparing progress reports, weekly reports, and required technical documentation. #### **Requirements** * Technical education: Engineering, Vocational Training (FP) in installations, electromechanics, electricity, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in roles such as Site Manager, Facilities Manager, Foreman, or Production Technician within an installation company. * Experience in hotels, luxury housing, hospitals, or technically complex projects. * Solid knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical installations (multidisciplinary profile preferred). * Proficiency in reading drawings, quantity surveying, and technical software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Presto, or similar). * International experience (LATAM or Caribbean) is a plus. * Willingness to relocate and reside internationally. * Disability certificate of 33% or higher is valued, in accordance with current regulations. #### **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Competitive salary based on profile \+ expatriation package. * Accommodation or housing allowance. * Meals and flights covered. * International health insurance. * Company vehicle for work purposes at destination (maintenance and expenses covered). * Participation in premium hotel and residential projects. * Growth plan within the international division. * Continuous training and technical support from Spain.
