Ensure cybersecurity and company standards **JOB DESCRIPTION** **IT Coordinator – IT Coordinator** **Adient Automotive, Location:** Alagón (Zaragoza) **JOB MISSION:** Reporting to the Logistic \& IT Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for: * Coordinating the systems team consisting of 2 IT Administrators to ensure system and plant infrastructure availability. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Administer and maintain business applications and infrastructure according to established quality, cost, and timeline criteria * Manage and administer IT assets, ensuring their updates and alignment with company standards * Jointly plan the annual budget with the department head * Serve as the liaison with the central support team and assigned service providers * Ensure compliance with company cybersecurity policies * Coordinate the implementation of IT projects—both local and global—ensuring correct implementation within the stipulated timeframe. + Analyze customer needs and requirements + Define project scope together with the department director + Manage necessary actions to achieve project goals + Identify personnel, required resources, and eligible suppliers + Analyze proposed solutions and negotiate budgets + Coordinate teams (suppliers, internal/external teams) to achieve implementation **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field * Minimum 4 years’ proven experience in an IT department * Minimum 2 years’ proven experience coordinating an IT team * Ability to analyze requirements * Teamwork skills; proactivity and assertiveness * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement * Excellent communication skills, ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, and in-depth knowledge of IT best practices * High proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Proactive attitude toward continuous learning * Experience in industrial environments with MES * Power BI knowledge * Database, programming languages, networking, and virtualization knowledge * Experience managing the annual IT department budget * Experience in multinational companies **PRIMARY LOCATION** Alagon
