If you are a passionate engineering professional seeking a dynamic and challenging work environment, this is your opportunity! ### **Your Primary Mission:** As Unit Head, you will be the key figure responsible for the overall supervision and management of road infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Your role will be fundamental in guaranteeing the success of our projects—from planning through execution to final delivery. You will report directly to the project director and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Leadership and management of on-site work teams. * Supervision and control of road construction execution, with particular emphasis on motorways and highways. * Detailed planning of project phases, including resources, schedules, and budgets. * Ensuring compliance with current technical and safety regulations. * Management of relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. * Coordination of activities with other departments and consulting firms. * Preparation of progress and construction monitoring reports. * Resolution of incidents and decision-making to ensure project advancement. * Active participation in technical and coordination meetings. * Ensuring proper application of Eosol Group’s work methodologies and quality procedures. ### **What We Are Looking For:** To thrive in this role, you will need a combination of solid technical expertise, leadership skills, and exceptional organizational ability. We value proactivity, problem-solving capability, and effective communication. ### **Essential Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Degree in **Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports)**. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of **10 years of documented experience** managing **road infrastructure projects**, especially **highways and roads**. Prior experience as **Site Manager** will be considered favorably. * Specific experience in **Unit Head** roles on projects of similar scale. * Demonstrable experience participating in projects in capacities such as **technical assistance** and **Construction Management**. * Availability to work **on-site** at our Construction Office in Zaragoza (this is not a temporary site cabin but rather well-established office facilities). * **Location:** Residence in or willingness to relocate to **Zaragoza**. * **Start Date:** Immediate. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge and application of project management tools. * Experience in contract and tender management. * Technical English proficiency (reading documentation). * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. ### **What We Offer:** At Eosol Group, we offer a stimulating work environment where you can develop your professional career alongside a team of experts.
