Job Summary: We are seeking a Route Programmer to plan, develop, and review routes for the Home Intervention Department, ensuring service delivery and coordinating resources. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently looking to hire a **Route Programmer** for our offices located at **Avenida de Manoteras, 18 (Madrid)** to plan, develop, and review routes for the Home Intervention Department, guaranteeing service delivery to end users while efficiently coordinating the department’s human and technical resources in accordance with established guidelines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Programming routes for home intervention staff. * Administrative tasks (database review, review of previous routes, etc.). * Support and management of external calls received by the switchboard. **What We Offer:** * Temporary contract. * 30-hour weekly schedule. * Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with days off assigned according to the rota. * 100% on-site work. **Key Skills and Experience:** * Compulsory completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO) or equivalent. * **Proficiency** in office software and **Excel.** * Experience in customer service (by telephone). * Desirable: Vocational Training Certificate – Intermediate Level in Administrative Management. **A Bit More About Us:** Tunstall is a market-leading provider of healthcare and assistive technology.
