* **First-class construction skilled worker:** An experienced professional who performs specialized construction tasks (e.g., masonry, layout work, plastering, bricklaying, cladding, etc.), interprets blueprints when necessary, independently operates tools and machinery, ensures work quality, and may coordinate other workers. * **Construction laborer:** A worker who performs supporting tasks, such as loading and unloading materials, preparing mixtures, cleaning and organizing the construction site, transporting tools, and assisting skilled workers at various stages of work, following the supervisor’s instructions and adhering to safety regulations.
