The job requires attention to detail and coordination with the team. Working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts. Statutory rest periods are respected, enabling an appropriate work–life balance. * Minimum one year of experience in industrial environments. * We seek an organized, dynamic person with a strong willingness to learn. * Residence near the workplace is advantageous. Proficiency in both Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
