We are currently seeking a **Waiter/Waitress** for the Restaurant and Bar area, aiming to deliver agile, friendly and high-quality service. The position aims to provide agile, friendly and professional service, guaranteeing customer satisfaction throughout their entire gastronomic experience—from service preparation to closing and billing—always in accordance with the company’s standards and procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Set up tables and service areas before and after each shift. * Attend to and serve customers in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. * Advise customers on dishes, beverages and wines. * Serve food and drinks in line with BLUESEA Hotels’ quality standards. * Handle billing and close the service. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, tableware and facilities. * Restock supplies and collaborate in proper service management. * Comply with hygiene, food safety and HACCP regulations. * Coordinate with the rest of the team. **Requirements:** --------------- **Professional competencies:** * Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in hotels, restaurants or bars. * Knowledge of restaurant and bar service. * Customer orientation and commitment to service quality. * Basic knowledge of hygiene and health regulations. * Languages: professional-level English (German and other languages are a plus). **We offer:** * Join a solid and growing hotel chain. * A positive work environment. * Professional training and development.
