Job Summary: A company in the metallurgical sector is seeking a technical office professional to manage orders, interpret blueprints, and perform end-to-end order cycle tracking. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer order reception and organization 2. Blueprint interpretation for manufacturing management 3. End-to-end order cycle tracking Our client is a subcontractor in the metal industry, specializing in producing metal parts for other companies. Their core capabilities include laser cutting and waterjet cutting; they also possess additional machinery such as bending machines, punching machines, etc. They aim to reinforce their technical office team with a professional primarily responsible for the following duties: * Receiving and organizing customer orders * Interpreting blueprints of parts to be manufactured for production planning * Procurement of materials * Tracking the entire order cycle with customers, suppliers, logistics, deliveries, etc. Desired Skills and Knowledge: \- Ability to read engineering drawings \- Familiarity with various machinery used in metal industry enterprises \- Strong organizational and planning skills, along with attention to detail and rigor \- Good interpersonal communication skills \- Engineering education is valued but not mandatory. Candidates without formal education but possessing relevant experience will also be considered.
