Description

The position is located within a dynamic industrial environment, where the professional will be responsible for a series of fundamental tasks essential to the smooth operation of the production line. The primary responsibility will involve performing product and format changes on the machines in the corresponding section—a critical process for adapting to varying manufacturing requirements. Additionally, the professional will carry out basic and first-level preventive maintenance tasks on equipment, ensuring their proper operational condition and minimizing unplanned downtime. Another key function includes internal logistics, involving the transportation and handling of coils to facilitate machinery changes and supply to production lines. On occasion, the professional may be required to operate and drive production machinery to meet specific needs or periods of high demand. All these activities will be carried out under the direct supervision of the section supervisor, ensuring coordination and achievement of established objectives. Finally, the professional will also be responsible for maintaining optimal hygiene and safety conditions in their work area, performing cleaning and housekeeping tasks in accordance with established protocols. This aspect is crucial for preserving a safe and efficient working environment, aligned with occupational risk prevention regulations. The role is fundamental to sustaining operational continuity and the quality of productive output within a company undergoing constant growth and evolution. Working hours correspond to a fixed morning shift, from 05:00 to 13:00 hours. The gross hourly wage is set at 10.60 euros. The work environment is characterized by a positive atmosphere within a company in a phase of continuous growth. Prior demonstrable experience in industrial settings or in performing basic maintenance or production tasks is required. Basic mechanical knowledge or skills, as well as possession of a personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace, will be considered advantageous.
