This growth strategy will continue in the coming years. **Tasks to perform:** * We are seeking waiters/waitresses and assistants to join the team at our hotel located in Cala'n Bosch (Menorca) Reporting to the Maitre or Head of Bars and Restaurants, a waiter/waitress has the following responsibilities. * Serving tables. * Providing drinks, meals, and refills. What tasks accompany these responsibilities? * Setting up tables (mise en place). * Preparing drink and food service. * Bar and pass service. * Assisting with taking orders. * Cleaning equipment. * Restocking refrigeration units. * Table setup. * Setting up buffets, tableware, and glassware (if applicable). * Customer service. **Profile:** * Intermediate Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio) in Hospitality – Tourism. * Languages: advanced level of English required; knowledge of German will be valued. * Knowledge of sommelier practices will be considered an advantage. * Two years of experience in a similar position. * Professional demeanor and excellent customer interaction skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and email usage. * A committed, empathetic individual who seeks continuous improvement, being proactive and creative.
