Join our adventure—join our team! **Job Description** ---------------------------- **ConectaBalear \-** **www.conectabalear.com** We require technical profiles for immediate incorporation to perform FTTH network analysis and deployment. Main responsibilities include visiting sites to reassess/determine fiber optic (FO) routing for subsequent deployment of the backbone FTTH network and associated infrastructure, as well as maintenance/expansion across various locations in Menorca. **What We Are Looking For:** * Previous knowledge and experience in fiber optics or cabling. * Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials used in FTTH network installations. * Knowledge of FO splicing. * Knowledge of electricity and internal building cabling. * Prior experience with FTTH networks and fieldwork. * Valid driving license B1\. **What Would Be a Plus:** * Prior experience in related sectors (e.g., electricity, IT, or telecommunications). * Previous experience with FTTH networks. * Certifications in occupational risk prevention (PRL) for confined spaces, work at heights, preventive resources, etc., will be valued. * A medium or higher vocational qualification in Telecommunications, IT, Electricity, or Electronics will be valued. * Residence near Maó, Menorca. * Proactive attitude, analytical ability, initiative, dynamism, and problem-solving skills. **What We Offer:** * Direct employment with the company—not self-employed. * Indefinite contract, year-round employment. * 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday. * Training provided by the company. * Competitive salary based on merit. * Young, stable company with a good working atmosphere. * **Location:** Maó (Spain) * **Contract Type:** Indefinite * **Working Hours:** Full-time * **Sector:** Internet and Technology * **Vacancies:** 3 * **Discipline:** Technician * **Work Modality:** On-site
