Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the Reception Manager in planning and organizing the activities of the Reception Department, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Optimize the operational efficiency and productivity of the reception area. 2. Ensure high-quality service and attention to meet customer expectations. 3. Manage customer service: welcome, check-in, stay, and farewell. INSOTEL HOTEL GROUP is a well-established hotel chain in the Balearic Islands undergoing active expansion. Your primary role within the company will be to support and collaborate with the Reception Manager in planning and organizing all activities specific to the Reception Department. This vacancy is for our Insotel Punta Prima Resort \& Spa hotel. Your main responsibilities will be: * Optimize the operational efficiency and productivity of the area by ensuring optimal facility conditions and maintaining necessary coordination with Management and other departments. * Ensure high-quality service and attention to meet or exceed customer expectations. * Be responsible for customer service management: welcome, check-in, stay, and farewell; reservation handling; assistance and information provision; communication handling; as well as performing necessary administrative, billing, and commercial functions to ensure full customer satisfaction. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related field. Proven three-year experience in a similar position. Advanced English proficiency; German, French, and Italian are considered advantageous.
