Your primary role within the company will be to carry out repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of all facilities, infrastructure, and equipment comprising the establishment, in compliance with applicable regulations and established quality and efficiency standards, under the supervision of the Head of Technical Services. We currently have an opening at our Insotel Punta Prima Resort \& Spa hotel. Your main responsibilities will include: Inspecting and maintaining the condition of equipment and installations, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations. Reporting meter readings and recording consumption data. Completing preventive maintenance logs. Reporting faults detected in any equipment or installation to the Central Office Technical Department. Promptly and effectively resolving issues reported by guests. Resolving faults detected and reported by other departments. Conducting inventory and control of tools, equipment, materials, and spare parts. Other basic departmental tasks. ### **Requirements** Required language: Spanish. ### **Offered** Why work with us?
