




Job Summary: We are seeking a Reception Assistant to support hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and the smooth functioning of the reception desk. Key Highlights: 1. Your primary role within the company will be to support the efficient operation of the reception desk by performing tasks related to: guest service, welcoming guests, check-in, stay management, and check-out; reservation management; assistance and information provision — all aimed at achieving full guest satisfaction with the services offered, in accordance with the hotel’s established quality and efficiency standards. This vacancy is for our Insotel Punta Prima Resort & Spa 5* Your main responsibilities, under the supervision of the front desk agents and Front Office Manager, will include: * Supporting reservation processing, incident tracking, and follow-up. * Monitoring forecasted occupancy. * Preparing room keys prior to guest arrival. * Processing guest check-ins. * Addressing guest requests and suggestions, and informing guests about available services and facilities. * Answering incoming telephone calls. * Managing walk-in guests and associated billing. * Assisting in resolving incidents. * Managing and archiving all documentation. * Performing other duties inherent to the department.
