Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation activities, is seeking to hire 1 Technical Supervisor - Clean Point Management (Menorca) in Menorca. **Functions and Responsibilities**
----------------------
* Carry out activities within the clean points network management service in Menorca, under direct supervision of the service manager and oversight of the site manager, with knowledge of waste management, computer systems, internal quality procedures, labor regulations, and occupational health and safety standards.
* Organize, coordinate and supervise all necessary activities for service execution according to instructions from the site manager, ensuring service quality and work efficiency.
* Organize and coordinate human teams, providing specific task instructions to operators.
* Take responsibility for resources assigned to the service (vehicles, auxiliary equipment, etc.), confirming their receipt and reporting incidents (breakdowns, maintenance operations).
* Prepare work schedules for each worker and each clean point.
* Ensure that user data is collected by service personnel and downloaded for preparation of monthly reports.
* Comply with and ensure compliance with the service's risk assessment, as well as existing specifications regarding quality and environment.
* Draft and sign corresponding work reports and immediately report any workplace accident, environmental incident or anomaly occurring during service delivery.

* Hold a Vocational Training Level II Technician qualification in agricultural specialty, construction and civil works, or similar field related to job duties.

Fixed-term contract of approximately 2 months, with possibility of extension if applicable, respecting the maximum duration limits established by current labor legislation for each contractual modality. Contract type and duration will depend on the hiring cause, project, and circumstances of the selected candidate(s).

Any fixed-term contract resulting from this selection process will guarantee operational continuity and maintenance of projects/services by the Tragsa Group, as well as compliance with internal policies and current labor legislation. If the selected candidate already holds an active employment relationship within the company, signing a new contract implies no reservation of their current position, and appropriate legal procedures must be completed beforehand.
In case of absences arising within this project, registered candidates may be contacted to cover such absences with a contract of estimated duration depending on the reason.
Candidates must not have been dismissed for disciplinary reasons within the Tragsa Group, nor be classified as "unsuitable" for performing essential functions of the offered position, even temporarily.
