Our guiding values—defining our path toward excellence—are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** At least 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence environments and frontend development focused on UI implementation: * Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3, including modern techniques such as Flexbox and Grid for building complex layouts. * Advanced knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and web performance best practices. * Experience using CSS preprocessors such as SCSS. * Experience working in multidisciplinary collaborative environments, with strong communication skills and teamwork ability. * Prior experience with design systems or multimarket environments will be highly valued. * Availability for 100% on-site work in Palma de Mallorca. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Web UI Implementation: Translating high-fidelity designs (Figma or other tools) into responsive, accessible, and optimized web interfaces. * Component Development: Creating reusable components using semantic HTML and structured CSS, ensuring scalability and maintainability. * Integration with Development: Collaborating on integrating UI implementations into Angular environments—understanding component architecture and working closely with technical teams. * Visual and Technical Consistency: Working alongside designers, developers, and other UI implementers to ensure coherent design implementation. * Design System Evolution: Contributing to the improvement and maintenance of the multimarket design system. * Quality Control: Actively participating in code reviews, visual QA, and quality validation processes. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * JavaScript focused on interaction and behavior in web interfaces. * CSS frameworks and tools such as Tailwind CSS. * CSS methodologies such as BEM or Atomic Design. * Basic knowledge of Angular (component structure, bindings, folder organization, etc.). * Prior experience working with design systems or on multimarket projects. * Experience in agile development environments. **And with us, you’ll enjoy:** Permanent Contract **On-site in Palma de Mallorca** Internal training and access to certifications.
