Job Summary: Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction execution, controlling schedules, budgets, and quality; managing teams and suppliers; and maintaining client relationships. Maintaining relationships with clients and technical direction ### **Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction execution from commencement to handover. * Control schedules, budgets, and quality across all project phases. * Manage work teams and coordinate suppliers and subcontractors. * Conduct financial monitoring: certifications, settlements, and cost control. * Maintain relationships with clients and technical direction. * Ensure compliance with regulations, safety requirements, and quality standards. ### **Requirements** * Degree in Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Experience: + **Junior:** 2\-4 years in building construction or renovation projects. + **Senior:** 8\-10 years as Site Manager on residential projects. * Proficiency in budget management and planning (AutoCAD, Presto, ERP). * Organized, solution-oriented, and leadership-capable profile. * Willingness to travel to construction sites within Mallorca.
