Integration into an organized framework to meet production standards. We are seeking personnel to perform operational tasks at a glass processing and treatment plant located near Puente Caldelas. The work takes place in an industrial environment focused on material handling and transformation, where integration into an organized framework is required to meet production standards and ensure continuity of manufacturing processes. The position is full-time and organized through weekly rotating shifts; therefore, strong adaptability to the requirements of each shift is required. The role involves direct involvement in mechanical and thermal handling of glass, consistently maintaining a steady pace, order, and precision. It is essential that the selected candidate works safely and pays attention to quality protocols at every stage of production. Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts. Responsible and positive attitude toward assigned tasks. Ability to learn new industrial processes. Aptitude for tasks requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail.
