Job Summary: We are seeking a fruit production line operator to supervise and maintain machinery, perform quality control, and keep detailed records. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are looking for a person to operate and supervise fruit production lines. The position involves operating specialized machinery for fruit processing—such as crushers and juice extractors—ensuring optimal operation and maintenance at all times. The selected candidate will conduct quality control at each stage of the process, verifying that products comply with hygiene regulations as well as flavor and texture expectations. They will also be responsible for making adjustments and calibrations on machinery, adapting them to product specifications and production requirements. Detailed production records must be maintained, documenting relevant process data to generate internal reports and analyze overall performance. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday in rotating morning and afternoon shifts, including statutory breaks. * Minimum six months’ experience performing the tasks described above. * We seek a motivated individual with strong teamwork skills. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
