Workforce team management We are looking for a Technical Architect to work in the Porqueira area of Ourense, within an employment program linked to the Biosphere Reserve. Responsibilities include construction site management, technical supervision, and project coordination in the municipalities of Porqueira, A Bola, and Rairiz de Veiga. This position offers a temporary full-time contract. Candidates must have experience in building construction, knowledge of urban planning regulations, and the ability to manage workforce teams. The work will be carried out in a rural environment with high natural value. Specialized training in building rehabilitation or energy efficiency, as well as willingness to travel within the region, will be considered advantageous. Tasks will focus on ensuring proper execution of projects according to established timelines and requirements.
