




We are looking for a **maintenance manager** to ensure the proper functioning, reliability, and traceability of all production, laboratory, and support equipment and facilities. The selected candidate will combine planning and supervision of maintenance activities with direct execution of repairs and adjustments when necessary. **Main responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of production, laboratory, and environmental control equipment. * Personally perform minor repairs, adjustments, or component replacements as required. * Coordinate external interventions, verifying the quality and safety of completed work. * Manage inventory, calibrations, and certifications of critical equipment. * Maintain up-to-date maintenance records in compliance with applicable internal and external regulations. * Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Biosafety departments on continuous improvement and validation of new equipment. * Propose and implement technical improvements to enhance facility reliability, efficiency, and sustainability. **Requirements:** * Advanced technical training (Higher Vocational Training or engineering) in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, automation, or similar. * Minimum of 3 years' experience in maintenance within industrial, pharmaceutical, or biotechnological environments. * Knowledge of electricity, pneumatics, instrumentation, and control systems. * Skill in document management and working in regulated environments. * Experience in GMP, ISO 9001, or animal facility environments will be valued. **Personal competencies:** * Organizational and planning skills. * Technical rigor and quality orientation. * Proactivity and practical mindset. * Teamwork and commitment to biosafety and good practices. **We offer:** * Stable position within a growing company with international prospects. * Permanent contract after an initial probation period. * Full-time schedule and salary commensurate with experience and responsibility. * Continuous training and professional development in a high-level technical and biotechnological environment.
