Your mission will be to **develop, maintain, and optimize BI solutions and data processes**, ensuring the organization has reliable and useful information for decision-making. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Participate in implementing the BI strategy defined by the IT department. * Execute and support BI projects: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. * Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability in reporting systems. * Design, develop, and maintain data models, ETL processes, and integration workflows. * Create interactive dashboards and reports oriented toward analysis and decision-making. * Collaborate with various departments (IT, finance, operations, sales) to understand needs and translate them into data solutions. * Propose technical improvements and optimizations to BI systems. **What do we consider essential?** * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields with a focus on data analysis and management. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Business Intelligence or data analysis environments. * Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to data quality. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Technical environment:** * BI and visualization: Power BI, DAX, interactive dashboards, and dynamic reports. * Databases and modeling: SQL, Azure SQL, dimensional modeling, ETL (SSIS), and Data Warehousing. * Cloud and programming: Azure Data Factory, basic knowledge of Python/R. * Data governance: Data quality, access control, and metadata management. **What do we offer?** * Full-time permanent contract on a high-potential project within a dynamic and growing environment. * Competitive compensation package tailored to your experience. * Commitment to work-life balance through flexible working policies and remote work options. * Continuous training and a personalized professional development plan aligned with your goals.
