




Position Summary: We are seeking a mechanical workshop manager to supervise and coordinate fleet maintenance, ensure operational efficiency, and guarantee regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management and supervision of a mechanical workshop for vehicle fleets. 2. Planning and coordination of preventive and urgent maintenance. 3. Inventory control, cost reduction, and regulatory compliance. We are looking for a person to manage and supervise a mechanical workshop in Pamplona. The main task will be to ensure that our fleet of vehicles and machinery is always ready to operate safely and efficiently. This includes planning and coordinating all maintenance activities, both scheduled and urgent. It also involves controlling the inventory of parts and materials, and identifying ways to reduce maintenance and operational costs by analyzing expenditures and proposing improvements. It will be essential to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and environmental regulations. Vehicle usage will be monitored, and external workshops’ work will be managed. The ability to identify complex issues and organize the technical team—allocating tasks effectively—will be highly valued. A Higher Vocational Training qualification in Automotive Mechanics, Electromechanics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field is required. A valid Category C driving license is mandatory. Additional education in Technical Engineering—particularly in mechanics or organization—is considered advantageous. A minimum of five years’ verifiable professional experience in similar roles is required.
