Joining an experienced technical team with direct managerial support. **Description:** ---------------- A leading company in the **building rehabilitation** sector, specializing in **facade rehabilitation**, with a strong presence in Pamplona, seeks to hire a **Construction Site Manager** to strengthen its technical team. **What will your responsibilities be?** Reporting to the Technical Management, you will be responsible for: * **Planning, organizing, and supervising facade rehabilitation works**, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and costs. * **Coordinating and directing on-site work**, managing in-house teams and subcontractors. * **Monitoring correct technical execution**, resolving incidents and providing solutions during construction progress. * Performing **economic monitoring of assigned projects** (cost control, certifications, and measurements). * **Coordinating relations with property owners' associations**, technical management, suppliers, and other involved parties. * Ensuring compliance with **occupational health and safety regulations on site.** * **Reporting project progress** to Technical Management. **What do we offer?** * Integration into an experienced technical team, with guidance and support from Management. * Autonomy in construction project management and active participation in technical decision-making. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience. * Professional development in a close-knit and specialized environment. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for in you?** * Degree in **Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Architecture, or related field.** * Minimum of **3–5 years' experience** as a **Construction Site Manager**, preferably in building or facade rehabilitation. * Technical knowledge of facade rehabilitation systems. * Experience in **on-site team management and subcontractor coordination.** * **Mandatory** advanced proficiency in **Presto.** * **BC3 and BIM skills are valued.** **REF: 10473**
