Job Summary: We are seeking a production operator in Alcalá de Henares to apply high-quality treatments to materials, supervise galvanizing processes, and maintain a safe and orderly workplace while collaborating as part of a team. Teamwork and achievement of production targets In Alcalá de Henares, we are looking for someone to join our production team, responsible for applying high-quality treatments to materials—primarily aluminum and metal structures—with the objective of ensuring maximum product durability and resistance. Daily tasks include preparing parts by thoroughly cleaning them before immersion in tanks. You will supervise and control each step of the galvanizing process, adhering to timeframes and quality standards. You will also handle loading and unloading of structures using both manual and mechanical means. Additionally, you will conduct visual inspections of finished surfaces to identify and correct any defects. Maintaining a safe, orderly, and clean work area is essential, and you will collaborate with other team members to meet production targets. Initiative and the ability to work both independently and as part of a group are highly valued. Temporary part-time contract. Strong responsibility, punctuality, and a firm commitment to industrial safety and hygiene regulations are required. Good dexterity and physical capacity for the frequent handling of loads are essential. Prior experience in industrial environments, foundries, or metal treatment plants is preferred but not mandatory if a strong willingness to learn is demonstrated. Residence in Alcalá de Henares or nearby areas, and availability to work rotating shifts. Completion of primary education.
