Job Summary: We are seeking a Program Governance Lead / Program Manager to define and monitor governance models, manage master plans, and identify risks in digital transformation projects. We are more than 4,000 professionals across 11 countries, with a multicultural, startup-oriented culture that fosters innovation, continuous learning, and the delivery of high-impact solutions for our clients. **We are looking for: Program Governance Lead / Program Manager** **Key Responsibilities:** * Define, structure, and monitor the program’s governance model, ensuring alignment among TSB, Santander, and key Insurance areas. * Develop and maintain the master plan, managing critical milestones, dependencies, budget, and deadline adherence. * Proactively identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and track relevant issues to resolution. * Prepare recurring executive reports, KPIs, and documentation for committees, ensuring clear visibility for decision-making. * Oversee progress of business, IT, and operations initiatives, ensuring alignment with integration objectives and expected synergies. * Implement and ensure adoption of working methodologies, promoting quality, functional clarity, and efficiency. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * More than 3 years’ experience leading large-scale transformation or migration programs within banking and/or insurance. * Solid experience in governance, stakeholder management, and coordination across multiple entities. * Proven experience in end-to-end planning, budgetary control, and delivery of complex, milestone-driven programs. * Expertise in risk, issue, and dependency management within high-visibility environments. * Excellent executive communication and experience reporting to Steering Committees and senior leadership teams. * Robust knowledge of insurance product migration, operational impacts, and regulatory considerations in the UK. * Advanced English. **Desirable:** * Familiarity with Santander Insurance products. * Project management certifications (PMP, MSP, SAFe or others). * Prior experience in consulting or multinational integrations. **We Offer:** * Permanent contract with competitive salary. * Flexible work arrangements and possibility of remote work. * Personalized career development plan and continuous training (certifications, English, etc.). * Participation in stable projects with strong technical components. * Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance. * Social benefits tailored to your needs.
