From Linking Talent, we are selecting a **Tractor Operator** for our client, a company located in Fuentes de Ebro. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** * Driving and operating tractors. * Basic preparation and maintenance of machinery before and after use. * Compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. * Maintaining order and cleanliness of machinery and the work area. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** We seek a candidate with experience driving tractors on agricultural farms, meeting the following requirements: * Prior experience as a tractor operator in olive groves, almond orchards, or similar crops. * Valid driver's license for tractor operation. * Basic knowledge of tractor and agricultural implement maintenance and safety. * **Personal vehicle** to commute to the workplace in Fuentes de Ebro. * Responsible, organized individual with strong teamwork skills. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Permanent contract. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (in summer: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM). * Job stability and a positive work environment. * Competitive salary.
