The selected candidate will be responsible for operating and supervising production lines dedicated to fruit processing. They will ensure compliance with defined quality standards and work procedures. This includes expert handling of fruit processing machinery—such as crushers, juice extractors, and pasteurization systems—guaranteeing their optimal operation and preventive maintenance. Additionally, rigorous quality control must be carried out at each stage of the production process, verifying that finished products meet the highest hygiene standards as well as the expected flavor and texture characteristics. The position involves performing precise adjustments and calibrations on machines, adapting them to each product’s specifications and production requirements. Preparing reports and monitoring production—including recording relevant data for performance analysis—is also required. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, distributed from Monday to Friday in rotating morning and afternoon shifts, always respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum six months’ experience performing tasks similar to those described. * We seek a motivated individual with strong teamwork capabilities. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is considered an advantage. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
