We are looking for a Laboratory Technician in Alcañiz, Teruel, to join a team in the food industry. In this position, you will directly participate in ensuring product quality and safety. The job is on-site and full-time, with rotating shifts to support learning and professional growth. Main responsibilities include performing physicochemical and microbiological analyses of raw materials and finished products, managing samples, and recording results in detail. Additionally, you must ensure the proper operation, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment. A minimum qualification of CFGS in Laboratory or equivalent is required, along with knowledge of physicochemical and microbiological analysis, familiarity with food quality and safety standards (ISO, HACCP), a personal vehicle, and availability to work rotating shifts.
