PROGRAM: SOC-FOMENT PRACTICES Requirements of the PROGRAM: SOC-FOMENT PRACTICES: - Be over 16 years old and under 30 years old - Be registered as an unemployed jobseeker (DONO) - Have the capacity to formalize a training employment contract for the purpose of obtaining professional practice at the time of its signing (the corresponding qualification for the contract must not have been completed more than three years prior to the start of the contract, or five years if signed with a person with a disability) - Be registered in the National Youth Guarantee System Register as a beneficiary. - Hold a higher vocational training qualification or officially recognized equivalent qualifications enabling professional practice. - Management of the entity’s administrative documentation - Management of the entity’s material purchases and supplier control - Analysis of various archiving systems according to information type (e.g., economic, technical, etc.) - Mailing list management - Invoicing management - Organization and management of archives - Public service (in-person and telephone) - Social media management - Other tasks assigned by coordination * HIGHER VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Competencies / knowledge: - Results-oriented - Commitment to high-quality work - Initiative - Ability to add value to work - Deadline- and results-oriented - Analytical thinking - Commitment - Customer service orientation * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1200' to '1400'
