We are currently seeking a technical, **junior** profile for our **combined-cycle power plant** in **Castelnou (Teruel)** to provide **temporary** (6-month) support in planning, executing and supervising maintenance activities, as well as coordinating projects and resources, thereby contributing to continuous process improvement and plant availability. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop maintenance strategies within the electrical area for high-, medium- and low-voltage systems, ensuring safety, quality and cost standards. * Carry out maintenance activities and periodic inspections on the plant’s electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, meeting delivery deadlines and controlling activity costs. * Organise and monitor activities carried out by contractors in the electrical area, aiming to meet previously defined objectives. * Manage contract and purchase orders, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. * Propose improvements related to safety, processes, economics and plant availability. * Perform spare parts analysis to ensure availability. * Develop, control and execute projects aimed at resolving equipment obsolescence issues in the electrical area of the plant. * Respond to urgent corrective actions occurring at the plant to guarantee electrical system availability. * Cover the electrical standby position according to the established shift schedule. * Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or Vocational Training (GS) * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office) * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (required for plant access) * Prior experience in the industrial/energy sector is desirable * Intermediate-to-advanced level of English is desirable * Proactivity and eagerness to learn **What We Offer** * Full-time schedule: 8:00\-16:00 * We will provide tailored training plans aligned with your needs and interests. * You will have the opportunity to join our flexible compensation programme (transport card, childcare voucher, training, meal vouchers, health insurance, among others). * You will become part of a dynamic team where you will truly develop and grow professionally. * You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team that will support you at all times. * You will join a network of over 100\.000 professionals working to create a more sustainable world. **Committed to Inclusion** At ENGIE, we value and promote diversity and inclusion.
